Need Booking Support?

Our booking support team is ready to answer questions, assist with modifications, or help you complete your reservation. Call us during business hours—assuming Iran doesn't block our phones.

Questions?

Everything you need to know about sailing the world's most exclusive chokepoint.

Is the Strait actually open?

For the right price and flag. We've already paid the $2M toll, so your passage is guaranteed—barring unforeseen geopolitical developments beyond our control. Think of it as premium access to a premium chokepoint.

What if we get delayed?

Free drinks and the smug satisfaction of not paying $150/barrel for crude. Delays are rare—but when Iran changes its mind, we adapt. You'll be well-compensated with premium beverages and the knowledge that you're witnessing history in real time.

Is this safe?

Absolutely. We maintain the highest safety standards and work closely with international maritime authorities. The Strait of Hormuz is one of the world's busiest shipping lanes—150+ tankers transit daily. We're not the first vessel through, and we won't be the last. Our crew is trained for all conditions, and our ship meets all international safety requirements.

What's included in the price?

Your cabin, all meals, premium beverages (including our signature $2M Margarita), entertainment, onboard activities, access to the Strait Lounge with live marine traffic monitoring, and the $2M toll fee paid on your behalf. Gratuities, specialty services, and shore excursions (if any) are additional.

What's your refund policy?

Standard cruise industry refund policies apply. Full refunds are available up to 75 days before departure. Cancellations within 75 days incur penalties. Zero refunds if we get "projectiled" or if you voluntarily disembark mid-voyage. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Where do we depart from?

We depart from Miami, Florida. Embarkation details, check-in times, and port information are provided with your booking confirmation. We recommend arriving at the port at least 2 hours before departure to allow time for security and boarding procedures.

What should I pack?

Pack light, breathable clothing suitable for a warm maritime environment. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Comfortable shoes for deck walking are essential. Business casual attire is recommended for evening dining in the Strait Lounge. A camera or phone is highly recommended to capture the maritime traffic and geopolitical context of your voyage.

Is the ship accessible?

Yes. Our ship includes accessible cabins, elevators, and facilities for guests with mobility limitations. Please notify us of any accessibility requirements during booking so we can ensure proper accommodations and assist you throughout your voyage.

Do I need a passport or visa?

A valid passport is required for all guests. Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the specific routing of your voyage. We provide detailed travel documentation requirements with your booking confirmation. We recommend consulting with your travel agent or government resources regarding visa requirements well in advance of your departure date.

How do I book?

Visit our Itineraries & Pricing page to view available sailings, select your preferred dates and cabin type, and complete the online booking process. You can also call our booking team for personalized assistance with special requests or group reservations. Payment is due at the time of booking.

Why does pricing fluctuate?

Prices reflect Iran's geopolitical mood swings, fuel surcharges, and seasonal demand. The $2M toll is fixed, but cabin rates adjust based on global market conditions, international tensions, and crude oil prices. Early bookings typically offer better rates. Subscribe to our updates for pricing alerts on limited sailings.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes. Groups of 10 or more may qualify for discounted rates and dedicated group services. Contact our booking team directly to discuss group reservations, custom itineraries, and exclusive group events. Group leaders receive complimentary cabin upgrades and onboard credits.
